Rick Beck does not write fluffy bunny stories. At times, they are gritty and very realistic. Yet they are always about love. Many of his stories are about the struggles we gay folk have had in times past. Rick is a terrific writer and knows how to pull your emotional strings.
Cory Wade, the son of a notorious mobster, is missing. His mother, having broken up with his father, is adamant that Cory be found. Angus McCoy steps in to find Cory, hopefully before his father does. See, Cory is gay. Not something an enforcer, for the New Jersey syndicate, wants his bosses to know. Angus gets frustrated as he learns that Cory is alive, but is hiding from everyone. Including Angus. Now Angus has to discover what Cory has done, to want to hide so thoroughly, in order to find him.
