Kevin and Kyle are 11 year old identical twins who are in a vehicle accident with their parents. CPS needs to find them a place to stay until their parents recover enough from their injuries, so they can all be reunited. Ms. Judy calls on Mr. Ken, and his two foster sons, and Chief, of course, to use the magic of The Cove to help the twins deal with their separation. The story moves along with many twists and turns not only for the twins, but for Robert as well. As for Charles, he maintains a low, steady profile but over time begins to feel left out. This is the story of the twin’s as they make Three Finger Cove their temporary home. Or is it?
