Brent and Devyn; friends and neighbors who fell in love before being caught. Devyn's Struggle is the story of what is happening with him. This is a companion story about Brent. While Brent's Struggle is a standalone story, much of the background material will be found in the first few chapters of the somewhat parallel story, Devyn's Struggle. Where the two characters paths have diverged, is where this story takes off.
