We tried something new this year... Suffice it to say it was an abject failure. We received two contest entries and a general Halloween submission. Parker Sheaffer came out the winner with his "Hinges Creek", while Romeo was the runner-up with "Behind the Mask". Bill W sent us a general Halloween submission, "City of the Dead."
